John Reichlin

John has over 30 years of experience leading and advising companies in a wide range of industries.  John has primarily worked with closely held businesses in the lower middle market with annual revenues of $15–150 million. John has led turnarounds and financial restructurings, including developing and implementing growth strategies and profit improvement plans to position businesses for a successful exit. John has taken the lead role in raising capital (including as an investor)—and to negotiate and close the sale of businesses.

John’s recent experience has primarily been in executive leadership roles in industry. Most recently, John served for 2 years as President of a regional glass manufacturing and commercial contracting business. Prior to that, John served for 7 years as President of a leading East Coast manufacturer and distributor of produce and fresh prepared food products.

John was a founding member of Strategic Partners, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in turnarounds and financial restructurings. During John’s 12 years with Strategic Partners, he worked with numerous companies leading organizational and financial restructurings. This included navigating several companies through successful Chapter 11 reorganizations and ultimately refinancing debt to allow them to grow and thrive after emerging from bankruptcy. John also provided diligence and advisory services to commercial lenders to assess options and develop strategies for resolving troubled loans.

John began his career in public accounting working with regional CPA firms, including as a partner and manager handling client relationships, and overseeing internal staff to coordinate the delivery of audit, accounting, consulting and tax preparation services.

John has a BS in Accounting from the University of Baltimore, and is a CPA in the State of MD.

Douglas Reichlin

Doug has 40 years experience in Engineering, Operations and Sr. Management in the public and private sectors in a wide variety of industries that include significant accomplishments in improving efficiency and effectiveness through organizational Performance Management improvements. He has developed and implemented organizational changes that translate an organization’s vision and mission into comprehensive management systems that build teamwork and instill a culture of continuous improvement.

Doug has been an independent consultant in engineering and operations efficiency working in a variety of industries and utility settings. In each of these engagements Doug delivered significant improvements in performance, efficiency and effectiveness.

Doug also worked for a major U.S. water utility operations company for 15 years in the capacity of Sr. V.P. of Operations & Engineering. Doug helped build the non-regulated operations and maintenance services side of the company from a small regional organization ($10M per year) into one of the nation’s industry leaders (over $150M per year) through organic growth and acquisitions. Doug was instrumental in all major contracts and organizational turnarounds of municipal O&M contracts for the company. Doug was also part of the Sr. leadership team that helped to merge this non-regulated company with United Water, the second largest regulated water company in the U.S.

Doug also has over 7 years experience in the construction management and facility startup field.

Doug has a M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Cindy French

Cindy has over 30 years of experience as a results-oriented Human Resources leader skilled at collaborating with stakeholders at strategic and operational levels to develop, execute, and oversee strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement to facilitate organizational success. With a rich background spanning diverse sectors including manufacturing, commercial contracting, a non-profit professional association, and small to medium family-owned enterprises, Cindy brings a breadth of industry insight.

As a member of the Executive Team, Cindy served as Vice President of Human Resources for a Top Workplace distinguished and ISO 9001 certified manufacturer and commercial contracting business during strategic growth from 35 to over 230 employees. She was responsible for developing, implementing, and leading HR initiatives and directing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, organizational design, policy development, compliance, safety, and payroll.

Furthermore, Cindy served as the Director of Human Resources for a prominent professional membership association with over 50,000 members, as well as providing consulting services to a diverse client base with full range strategic human resources planning, management, and transactional support services.

Cindy has a BA in Psychology and a MA in Human Resources Development from Marymount University.
